Ogni qual volta Giorgio Strehler sentiva di avere un ricciolo fuori posto gli bastava attraversare la strada. E dal Piccolo Teatro di via Rovello a Milano entrava dirimpetto nella bottega di Benito. Qui Gian Mario Volontè e Alain Delon hanno letto le sceneggiature dei film da girare o i copioni delle pièce da portare in scena. Idem per Paolo Villaggio e Gino Bramieri. Gli arredi firmati da Arnaldo Pomodoro contribuivano a creare una piacevole atmosfera da salotto degli artisti. Dopo 60 anni di storia, Salvatore Mazzotta ha compiuto un restyling dell’intera bottegga rendendola un luogo ancora più esclusivo ed accogliente, la riapertura è stata celebrata da un party a cui hanno partecipato tra gli altri Mauro Crippa, Edward Luttwak, Matteo Marzotto e Davide Rampello.

Whenever Giorgio Strehler felt he had a curl out of place was enough to cross the street. And by the Piccolo Teatro in Milan in Via Rovello came opposite the shop of Benito. Here Volonte Gian Mario and Alain Delon have read the scripts of the films to be shot or scripts of play to take in the scene. Ditto for Paolo Villaggio and Gino Bramieri. The furniture signed by Arnaldo Pomodoro helped to create a pleasant lounge atmosphere of the artists. After 60 years of history, Salvatore Mazzotta has made a restyling of the entire bottegga making it an even more exclusive and cozy, the reopening was celebrated by a party which was attended among others Mauro Crippa, Edward Luttwak, Matteo Marzotto and David Rampello.
